"Had a great time thanks for your hospitality, and rescuing us from other Stowe lodging! Can't wait to return." --Kevin & Lucinda

Though Stowe has an international reputation as a winter destination and ski resort, we shine in summer. Swimming holes along the Stowe Rereation Path offer chances to cool off, hiking on Mt. Mansfield and surrounding parks lead to breathtaking views, you can rent canoes, kayaks, or bicycles from vendors up and down the mountain road. Of course Stowe offers golf and tennis.. and now pop through the notch and experience the new sport of "ziplining!"

Visit Vermont's #1 tourist attraction: Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream and take a tour of the facility and can watch ice cream being made. Samples and gifts are available. Experience "Agritainment" at Cold Hollow Cider Mill, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Visitor's Center and Cafe, Lake Champlain Chocolates, Cabot Creamery Annex, Morse Farm for maple syrup and other goodies for which this part of Vermont is famous. Vermont is known for more than milk, we make world class wine here, and beer, along with our cheeses, organic breads, chocolates, and of course, coffee. No visit to Vermont is complete without taking advantage of our artisan food producers!
